The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine stated that Russia is still able to sign its capitulation. On its Twitter, the Ukrainian Office appealed to the Russian Federation with a proposal to sign capitulation. "Rosie, today-like six months ago-you still have the opportunity to sign our surrender before we destroy you on our earth. I have not missed our chance, the clock is ticking . . . Tick-yes, tik-so,"-the message reads.
