Another case of the refusal of LNR fighters to fight in Donetsk indicates that the Kremlin cannot fully count on the "forces" of quasi -Rarespulic in its further plans of the invasion. The American Institute for War Study (ISW) in its new summary. Its experts are reminded of a number of other cases where the units of DNR and LNR fighters have already refused to fight outside Donetsk or Luhansk regions.
