Russia is increasingly using the ORDL to participate in the war against Ukraine - the Ministry of Defense of Britain

According to the Ministry of Defense of the United Kingdom, Russia is increasingly using the occupied territories of Lugansk and Donetsk regions for war against Ukraine. The British Office on Twitter states that commanders are likely to resort to direct financial incentives, while some combat units are considered unreliable for offensive operations.

It is also noted that on August 15, Ukrainian social networks distributed a video in which militants of self -proclaimed LNR declare their refusal to deploy within offensive operations in Donetsk region.
