During the meeting, the head of the UK stated that the explosion on the Crimean bridge was prepared by Ukrainian special services, and assisted with this citizens of Russia and other countries. After that, Putin stated that undermining the bridge - "a terrorist attack aimed at destroying a critically important infrastructure of the Russian Federation" and emphasized that the authors, performers and customers of the sabotage - the special services of Ukraine.
Ukraine did not take responsibility for this incident, although the SBU hinted that it was not without it. The secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexei Danilov published a video on social networks, which hinted that the explosion became a "gift" to Vladimir Putin's anniversary.
The adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak believes that the cause of the explosion on the Crimean bridge may be the internal conflict of the Ministry of Defense of Russia and the FSB. He noted that the FSB was trying to "eat" the army leadership, but before the change of personnel the special service missed a painful blow: a blast on the bridge - Putin's beloved child.
