Russian invaders are not going to restore the settlements destroyed by them in the temporarily captured territories of the Luhansk region. The head of the Lugansk Regional Military Administration Sergey Gaidai wrote about it in his Telegram channel on Wednesday, August 10.

He recalled that the invaders promised the locals who remained in the region, restore the "communist pace", but now, two months before the start of the heating season, nothing was done in any of the temporarily captured Russian cities. “Since February, the Russians have erased from the face of the land, then entered the city.
