On the way, passengers demanded to turn off Ukrainian music in the car, after which a dispute began on this ground.

As a result, the taxi driver went not at the destination, but in the opposite direction in the direction of the Gomborsky Pass, where he planted the Russians on the road and left. Tourists sued the court, stating that the taxi driver allegedly stole them and illegally imprisoned them on a national basis.

This accusation was threatened with a prison for 7 to 10 years, but the jury board concluded that the taxi driver did not fall under Part 3 of Article 143 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (unlawful imprisonment of two or more persons). "The jury believed that the reproduction of the Ukrainian song for the Russians and the protection of my national interests is not a crime! I want to thank everyone! Today we have won Russian imperialism on behalf of the people," said Chomakhashvili lawyer.

The Georgia Prosecutor's Office states that the plaintiff's statement is "lies and a deliberate attempt to mislead the public. " According to the investigation, on April 11 at about 04:30 the taxi driver caused by the Yandex Annex, the departing of Lithuania and Russia from Tbilisi International Airport, who arrived in Georgia, into one of the hotels.

The conflict arose on the road, but not through Ukrainian music in the car salon, but because of money, because instead of standard payment 23 Lari (299 UAH), the taxi driver demanded to pay him 195 Lari (2 535 UAH).

Passengers proposed to solve a contradictory situation through the police and threatened the ship, but the driver instead closed the door of the car and the customer's departure in the direction of the village of Vasiana of the Gardabansky district, demanding from them 500 lari (6 500 UAH). In the end, the passengers tried to escape from the car, but at that moment the driver again launched a car, which is why one of the customers dropped out of the salon, receiving injury to the face and limbs.
