"Unfounded Accusations": Iran denies the help of the Russian Federation in the war against Ukraine

Official Kyiv, according to the Iranian Foreign Ministry, should be engaged in the search for solutions to the exit from the "crisis", since cooperation with Moscow was carried out before the invasion of Ukraine. Iran is not a party to a full -scale armed conflict between Ukraine and Russia. This was stated by the official representative of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Navler Kanana.

According to him, the accusations against Iran's supply of Dronov-Kamikadze Shahd, which are actively used for blows to Ukrainian cities, are "unfounded". Nasser Kanana claims that Tehran is not a party to the armed conflict, and defensive cooperation with Moscow was carried out before the full -scale invasion of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation into Ukraine. "Iran is not part of the conflict in Ukraine and unfounded accusations against Iran will not help to resolve this issue.

Iran's defense cooperation with other countries is based on common interests and is carried out in accordance with international laws and rules," the diplomat continued during a press conference. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also advised the leadership of Ukraine to search and consider the scenarios "Solution of the crisis", not to make accusations against the official Tehran.

Summarizing, Kanana noted that Iranian and Ukrainian officials exchanged views on such statements, but Kyiv allegedly could not provide evidence that defense cooperation with Moscow was continuing. It should be noted that at the end of December, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran threatened President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky after his official visit to the United States and a Congress.
