Tried to deceive Ukraine's aircraft: Poland stated that the rocket near Bydgoszha was safe

Due to a technical malfunction, the Russian rocket changed the route and flew into Poland's airspace. Therefore, there is no deliberate attack, said the Deputy Minister of Defense of the country Marchin Ochpa. On May 22, Deputy Minister of National Defense of Poland said that a Russian missile, whose fragments were found in April this year near Bidgosch, did not threaten the country. According to him, the rocket flew into Poland's airspace due to a technical malfunction, changing its route.

The Deputy Minister's statement was published by the Polish edition of 300 Polityka. In his comments, the Occident's incident suggested maintaining their moderation in the estimates. He explained that it was essentially an unintentional attack because the rocket was released by the Russian side to "confuse Ukrainian air defense". "We are not talking here about a rocket that was aimed at Poland and we have the territory of Poland.

We are talking about a rocket that had to deceive the air defense system of Ukraine, but as a result of the problem changed the route and self -resolved," Ochpa said. The Deputy Minister added that the rocket was able to cross the Polish border because she was able to maneuver and change the height quickly. In addition, the rocket did not have a combat unit, so it did not pose a special danger to Poland.

"In other words, we did not have a case here with a threat or a deliberate attack," the official said. The Ochpa also denied information about the conflict through the fallen rocket, between the management of the Ministry of Defense and the Polish warlords, the existence of which was written by Polish media. According to him, there is no dispute between the representatives of the defense department and the generality and there can be no controversy over this event.

"The Prime Minister or Defense Minister is not trying to be generals, and generals do not try to be politicians," he summed up. We will remind, on May 11, the Minister of Defense of Poland Mariusz Blaschak officially confirmed that under Bidgosch in December last year the debris of the Russian rocket was found. According to him, the Polish military missed the rocket despite the fact that the Ukrainian side warned of an object approaching the Polish space.
