More than 600 spies: The SBU was reported about exposing the Kremlin agents during the war

5 thousand criminal cases are now being investigated on the facts of state betrayal and espionage during the war. More than 340 proceedings have been sent to court. At the same time, the SBU managed to delay the sabotage and intelligence group of the military intelligence of the Russian Federation, which was prepared for the liquidation of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence and a well-known Ukrainian activist.

In the Ukrainian capital, law enforcement officers also neutralized a group of agents of the Russian Federation, which considered officials of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Politicians provided the Kremlin with information about the situation at the state border and personal data of law enforcement officials of Ukraine. Another Russian agent was exposed in Nikolaev.

He was the ex-head of the Nikolaev district prosecutor's office, who, after the start of the full-scale war, offered his assistance to the Russian side. He was tasked with organizing an extensive agent network to obtain information, as well as sabotage in the western regions of Ukraine. The SBU also neutralized a citizen of Belarus in Volyn, who sought information about the location and movement of Ukrainian troops within the region.

It should be reminded that on January 5, the SBU reported the exposition and arrest of a man in Lviv region, who is suspected of collecting information on the placement of strategic enterprises and objects of critical infrastructure of Ukraine. Focus also wrote that on January 10, the SBU stated the existence of indisputable evidence of the guilt of the ruling bishop of the Tulchyn and Bratslav Diocese of the UOC -MP Ionafan.
