The SBU confirmed that the head of the cassation state court Bogdan Lviv has Russian citizenship

Judges of the Cassation State Court will consider the issue of its early dismissal at today's meeting. Lviv itself passed the polygraph to prove its innocence. As a result of the inspection, the Security Service of Ukraine confirmed that the chairman of the Cassation Economic Court of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Bogdan Lviv has citizenship of the Russian Federation. The press service of the Supreme Court reports.

As it became known, 55-year-old Judge Bogdan Lviv in October 2012 received a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation № 4512799636 instead of a Russian document that has lost its validity, of July 22, 1999. In addition, Lviv received the Russian tax number 774319527956, which is contained in the register of real estate agreements on the apartment at: Russia, Moscow, vul. Leningrad Highway, 88. "This is indicative of the presence in the Judge of Lviv B. Yu.

The SBU submitted this information to the Supreme Court of Ukraine. In this regard, a meeting of judges of the Cassation State Court will be held today, which will consider the issue of early dismissal of Lviv from the post of chairman of the State Court. In investigators of the journalistic project "Scheme", in the judge of Bohdan Lviv there is Russian citizenship. According to them, it was for this reason that the SBU deprived the chairman of the State Court of Access to State Secrets.

According to journalists, Lviv received Russian citizenship in Moscow in 1999, and in 2012 updated the passport of the Russian Federation after reaching the age of 45. The wife of a judge who was born in Moscow also has Russian citizenship, investigators say. The judge himself denied this information. Moreover, Lviv complained about investigators at the DBR and the SBU.

He acknowledged that the Russian authorities were keeping records of his data on Russian citizenship, but the judge argued that this data was forged for discrediting. Today, Lviv published information on Facebook that the polygraph has passed to prove its innocence. "I passed the polygraph. There was no need for me personally. I am only a citizen of Ukraine," he emphasized.

According to the judge, he was conducted in the All -Ukrainian Association of Polygraphists with the participation of two experts, and then once again - in the state "competent department". Bellingcat Galita Grozev, for his part, also analyzed the case of Lviv. He confirmed that the facts indicate that the Ukrainian judge has Russian citizenship. At the same time, the Grozev specified that the data in the register could not be "forgery", as Lviv declares.
