Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets called on relatives and guardians of children who are in a similar situation, to seek help. Two children who found themselves in the temporarily occupied Russian military territories of Ukraine managed to return to Ukraine. The Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets wrote about it in his telegram channel.

According to the Commissioner for Human Rights, the appeal of the need to return children from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine came from the woman who was held captive. For this purpose, Dmitry Lubinz had to interact with the Russian Rights Authorized Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova. Currently, a 9-year-old girl and a 16-year-old guy have reunited with his family at the territory controlled by the Armed Forces. Dmitry Lubinets met with children and their family on March 23.

Commenting on the situation, the Ombudsman once again called on relatives, parents, guardians, grandparents, whose children are in the territory of the Russian Federation or in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, seek help from the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights. We will remind, on March 21 it became known that the Russian Federation plans to hold a meeting of the UN Security Council on deported children from Ukraine.
