The West has already warned Moscow of a powerful military response in the use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine. Brigade General Pet Ryder added that the US potential for nuclear restraint is reliable and has existed for more than a year. The United States declared full readiness for Russia's nuclear scenarios, the Pentagon monitors the situation closely. A representative of the American Defense Ministry, a brigade General Pet Ryder said this at a briefing.

We will continue to monitor this topic," the Ryder said. At the same time, the Pentagon does not see anything that would testify to the decision of the Russian Federation to use nuclear weapons. I can say that we are on guard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and ready for reaction," the general said. Ryder declared a reliable potential of the United States to strategic restraint, which has existed for many years. This potential has accumulated as a result of cooperation with allies around the world, summed up the military. It should be noted that Russia has not warned the state of future nuclear training that is expected in the near future.

Moscow can perform the testing of missiles within the exercises of strategic nuclear forces "Grimm". German intelligence services warn of the possible use of Russian nuclear weapons, because its President Vladimir Putin has such a right. NATO countries have started training Steadfast Noon, with 14 countries and up to 60 aircraft. The military is working out the use of nuclear restraint forces.
