"It is very bad". Putin's nuclear threats should be taken seriously - Borrel

The EU Supreme Representative Josep Borrel has stated that the threats that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin voiced in his appeal to mobilize. "Of course, this is a dangerous moment because the Russian army is driven into a corner, and Putin's reaction is a nuclear weapon threat," Borrel said in an interview with Air Force.

According to him, with Russia it is necessary to reach a diplomatic agreement on the end of the war - provided that the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine will be observed. Russian dictator Vladimir Putin declared his readiness to use nuclear weapons in case of "threat to territorial integrity" of Russia.
