According to Kirilenko, in Bakhmut for the fourth day there is no water and electricity, repair of urban communications is impossible due to active fighting. Also, the army of the Russian Federation fired at districts of Donetsk region. Marinsk and Avdiivska communities - Marinka, Krasnogorivka, Maximilianivka and Avdiivka were injured in the Pokrovsky district. According to preliminary information, there are no victims.
In the Kramatorsk district, Slavyansk, Konstantinovka and Rai-Alexandrovka came under the fire. Slavyansk damages the warehouses and the building of the technical school. In Konstantinovka the enterprise and house were injured. Two houses were damaged in paradise-oleksandrivka. In these settlements, there were no casualties.
After the almost complete seizure of the Luhansk region, the army of the Russian Federation daily fired at settlements of Donetsk region from all kinds of weapons, also draw rocket strikes. The region has declared mandatory evacuation. On September 1, the General Staff of the Armed Forces reported that the occupiers in the Donbass "adjust their plans" in accordance with the order of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin about entering the administrative border of Donetsk region until September 15.
