The message of the Russian Foreign Ministry is posted on the official portal of the legal information of the Russian Federation. "On December 20, 2022, an agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on mutual recognition and equivalence of education documents and academic titles was terminated," the publication said. The agreement denounced in the Russian Federation was signed in May 2000.
Such a step of the Russian authorities was preceded by the decision of Ukraine to terminate the agreement on cooperation in the field of education in the CIS. The document envisaged, among other things, the mutual indefinite recognition of diplomas about vocational, secondary and higher education, as well as awarding scientific degrees and titles. Moreover, it was also intended to create the conditions for education in the language of ethnic groups. The agreement operated in 11 countries.
We will remind that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine accused the UN of inaction. According to Dmitry Kuleba, as the residents of New York have light and heating, the UN Secretariat decided not to send a group of experts to study attacks that the Russian Federation conducts with the help of Iranian drones. Earlier, Focus reported that, according to Dmitry Kuleba, Ukraine prepares evidence of the illegality of the Russian Federation in the UN Security Council.
