This time, border guards were frightened by a dummy named Valera, who was hanged by the Ukrainian military.
"A mock of a hanged serviceman in the form of a Russian army, whom Ukrainian border guards called Valera, was installed. They indicated that it was a serviceman killed near Kiev. It is all for the purpose of some intimidation and psychological pressure on servicemen who protect the state border of our country," Glushkovichi, the head of the border guard of "Glushkovichi" Vladislav Zenkovich.
