The UAV attack on the Kremlin is a "attempt on Putin". Moscow's official reaction

Moscow is convinced that the drone over the Kremlin is a direct attempt on the life of Vladimir Putin. The Presidential Service of the Russian Federation commented on the UAV attack on the Kremlin, which was accused of Ukraine. According to the Kremlin's statement, the "Kiev regime" attempted to strike under the residence of the Russian President Vladimir Putin. Two drones were allegedly aimed at a Kremlin building, but Russian military and special services used radar systems in time and disrupted.

"There are no victims and material losses as a result of the fall and breakdown on the territory of the Kremlin. We consider these actions as a planned terrorist action and an attempt on the President, held on the eve of Victory Day, a parade on May 9, on which the presence of foreign guests is planned," - the message reads. Drone attack, Vladimir Putin was not injured, as the presidential press service notes, and his work schedule continues as usual.

It was separately stated that the Russian side reserves the right to apply measures. It will happen "where and when it seems necessary", Putin's representatives said. The widespread rollers show that there was smoke over one of the buildings behind the Kremlin wall, as well as the moment of the explosion. Since May 3, Moscow was prohibited from launching drones. The exception is UAVs used by public authorities, as told by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobanin.
