The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Ukraine strongly condemns cruel military crimes committed by Russian military personnel against Ukrainian prisoners, commenting on a video where Russian invaders torture the Ukrainian military.
"We urge the Office of the International Criminal Court to immediately pay attention to the atrocities of Russian servicemen in the context of investigation of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by citizens of the Russian Federation in the territory of Ukraine," the Foreign Ministry writes.
