"Therefore, a memorandum will allow international partners, business, humanitarian organizations, donors and MFIs to integrate information about damage, demanded and provided assistance to restore and provide housing," Kubrakov added. The key initiatives of the project are a transparent and fair compensation for damaged and destroyed housing, the mechanism of which is determined by Bill 7198.
