On January 6, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Yusov declared on the air of Freedom. According to him, the Defense Ministry does not exclude the threat of nuclear provocation from the occupied Crimea, as well as Belarus, but the situation will be tracked by our intelligence, so there will be no surprise about this.
At the same time, the Kremlin is aware that any such provocation will be the last step towards the end of the Putin regime, Yusov emphasized. "This threat will only bring the end of the most modern Russia and Putin's regime. There is information that both the occupied Crimea and the territory of Belarus are considered by Putin to carry out such provocations," Yusov said.
Evaluating Putin's military-political goals in 2023, Yusov noted that he has the occupation of the entire Luhansk and Donetsk regions in priority, as well as the maintenance of the Land Crimean Corridor. It is not excluded for the realization of these tasks that the enemy will distract the defense forces in other directions, including Belarus.
We will remind, the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Chernyak on January 3 stated that Russia placed on the territory of the occupied Crimea carriers of tactical nuclear weapons. These are land complexes, rocket ships and combat aircraft. On December 29, the excellent culture of Belarus Pavel Latushko said that Alexander Lukashenko agreed to place Russian nuclear weapons carriers on the territory of the republic.
