Earlier, Svyatosh was reported suspected of illegal alienation of more than 200 real estate and corporate rights of three Ukrainian companies. According to the materials of the SBU, in August 2022, his assets in the amount of UAH 600 million were arrested. In the future, they were transferred to the National Agency for Detection, Investigation and Management of Assets received from corruption and other crimes (ARMA).
