This was announced today, March 28, Viceremier-Minister-Minister of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Irina Vereshchuk on the air of the national telephone. These children are now in either temporarily occupied territories or in Russia. Ukraine collects evidence of their illegal export and transmits them to the International Criminal Court. These cases come from the prosecutor's office, intelligence and other sources.
Vereshchuk added that the Russians actually recognize the crimes committed when publicly reported "adoption" of children in Russia that Ukraine demands to return. We will remind, as of March 2023, as Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets stated, the Russians were abducted and forcibly taken out of Ukraine to the territory of the Russian Federation 162226 children, which is a direct sign of genocide of the Ukrainian people.
