I thank everyone in the world, thank everyone and everyone who helps Ukraine withstand! But every day . . . Every day we lose our people - men and women, adults and children who die from Russian hands . . . I ask you now to pay tribute to the memory of this Ukrainian, whose death the world saw yesterday, and the memory of all our people whose lives were lived They were taken by the Russian invasion. Thanks to partners this year, most of the current costs of maintaining a normal life are provided financially. But the basic needs for restoration remain unproven - housing, energy, transport, social and humanitarian, public services. I recently visited all the frontier and border regions of our country bordering on Russia. It hurts to see it.

Broken in the city's battles, burned villages, dead - because they are replaced - fields . . . Support for rapid recovery is literally part of anti -terrorist work. Cleaning what was destroyed, we win the main purpose of terror - we return a normal life. The second point is the assets of the state. For the first time in history, the world has such a large -scale opportunity to compensate for losses from an unprovured and illegal war on the aggressor - on the one who is guilty of war.

For example, the World Bank has given a new estimate of the losses and needs of Ukraine with a volume of $ 411 billion. Every day Russia increases this account. The world has Russian assets of different types that cover this level of losses! Potential aggressors in the world are now looking at whether you are doing the right thing. To confiscate Russian assets, as well as assets of persons related to the leadership top of the state, real. Confiscate and direct that life in Ukraine could recover.
