He shot from a tank to a dwelling house. The court condemned the military of the Russian Federation to 10 years in prison

Military Russian Mikhail Kulikov (Photo: RFL RL) reports the Russian BBC Service. The process above Kulikov began in Chernihiv on June 24. At the first court hearing, he pleaded guilty. On August 4, the prosecutor asked the court to condemn the Russian up to 10. 5 years of colony. According to the accusation, on February 26, 31-year-old Kulikov, by order of his commander, fired from the T-72B tank into a multi-storey residential building on the outskirts of Chernihiv.

The shot was destroyed by apartments, but did without human casualties. On the same day, Kulikov was captured by the Ukrainian military. Kulikov in court confirmed that he understood that he was shooting at a dwelling house. Kulikov also stated that he was repentant and apologized to the victims of apartments and residents of Ukraine. Kulikov is a resident of the city of Aleysk, the Altai region.
