In OK South reported that port and city facilities were injured as a result of the attack. Several administrative buildings, many residential buildings and hospital have also been destroyed, and the wounded continues to come to medical facilities. Russian troops fired at the city of Ochakov in the Nikolaev area with the help of reactive systems of volley fire (RSSV). As a result, the port and urban infrastructure came under fire. Several administrative buildings were also destroyed.

This was reported in the operational command "South". The department said that the attack was damaged by residential buildings and a city hospital. The deputy head of the Presidential Office Kirill Tymoshenko stated that on January 9, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation damaged 100 houses: roofs and windows were destroyed. According to him, 8 wounded residents have already been taken to the hospital, but people continue to come.

The chairman of the Nikolaev regional council Anna Zamazieva said that 9 wounded were known, three of them were delivered for treatment to Nikolaev. She added that the blow was also at the Ochakiv hospital: 180 windows and 22 doors were damaged. We will remind, on January 9 the Russian Federation struck a missile strike in the market in Kharkiv region. According to preliminary data, the shelling was made from the S-300 SPR.
