"Why will China stand on Russia's side and supply her weapons? To get great difficulties, get under certain restrictions? The NSDC Secretary added that it is the Kremlin who has a great desire to attract not only China but also other countries that he tries to spread his influence in military conflict. But Beijing takes a weighted and neutral position, which in this case is absolutely correct.
"Of course, we would very much like the help to be on our side, but we need to understand the complexity of historical processes," Danilov emphasized. As for Beijing peaceful initiatives, China's desire should be taken into account here to be a large geopolitical player and to influence the processes that are happening on the world stage. Kyiv's position still is that the world leaders call a war in Ukraine - a war, but every state has its own opinion.
"China and so a large geopolitical subject, it is a large country with a large number of population, greater GDP, which affects certain processes in the world. But again I emphasize, in each country its vision, as they see today's development," Danilov summed up .
