The Estonian authorities decided to make an exception for: Reinsala emphasized that most visas would still act, and the government's decision did not touch the visas issued by other Schengen countries. On August 5, the Latvian government decided to stop the visa registration of any kind of Russian citizens. The exception is only for those Russians who intend to come to the country for the funeral of close relatives.
