The armored vehicle was presented a few months ago at the Army-2022 forum. AMN-590951 is the modernization of another armored vehicle based on the Ural Chassis. The forces of Ukraine's defense seized the rare Russian armor AMN-590951 during the battles in Kherson region. This was reported by Ukraine Weapons Tracker analysts. During the fighting for the Kherson region, the Armed Forces fighters captured the newest AMN-590951 armor.

In fact, the car is the modernization of the ACC-Ural armored vehicle based on the Ural-5309 chassis. For the first time modernization was shown this summer at the Russian Army-2022 Forum. AMN-590951 received several improvements-additional engine protection, protected Turel with a large caliber machine gun "KORD". The Russian Federation stated that they modernized the "MPC-Urals" taking into account the use of machines in "armed conflict". The machine has anti -bulk and anti -lacquer protection.
