Due to this decision, three US and one European manufacturer of processor production equipment refused to cooperate with enterprises with the PRC. Russian speakers emphasize the change in the "length" of the supply chain, they say, the sub -chinese companies are not profitable to work with the Russian Federation.
But perhaps the rule of "stick has two ends", because the Russian enterprises have been imposed on the Russian enterprises ("Baikal Electronics", ICST, NSC "Elvis", "Aquarius"). Russian manufacturers are forced to buy details for staffing through intermediaries, and as a result, no one controls the quality.
