According to the investigation, the suspect was engaged in holding a "referendum" on the entry into the Russian Federation of the village of Stelmakhivka of Lugansk region. This settlement is currently under the control of the Armed Forces. Law enforcement officers detained a woman who organized and conducted illegal "referendums" on accession to Russia in the Swatt district of Luhansk region. She was informed of suspicion of collaboration.

This was reported in the office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. "During the procedural leadership of the Luhansk Regional Prosecutor's Office, it was reported to the citizen of Ukraine, who participated in the organization and conduct of a pseudo -referendum in the Luhansk region," - said in the message.

According to the investigation, in September, the suspect organized illegal voting outside the electoral activity - at the place of residence of the residents of one of the villages of Swatowska region. Now this settlement is released by the Ukrainian military. According to the Security Service of Ukraine, a 50-year-old woman is a resident of the village of Stelmakhivka, Luhansk region. After the occupation of the settlement, she went on cooperation with the Russian troops for ideological reasons.

In response to loyalty to the Russian Federation, the woman was instructed to hold a "referendum" in her native village. She performed the following functions: the woman was charged with encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine and collaborative activity - Part 2 of Art. 110 and Part 5 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Currently, the suspect is in custody and is threatened with 10 to 15 years in prison.

According to the investigation, the man participated in the punitive raids of Russian troops and helped the invaders look for pro -Ukrainian residents of Kyiv region. Earlier, on October 5, the SBU found a collaborator from Kherson, who surrendered 23 pro -Ukrainian residents.
