The war almost killed microcredit. The amount issued by MFI loans has fallen 12 times - OPENDABOT

The amount of loans provided by microfinance organizations (MFIs) is more than 12 times less than the average micro credit amount last year. In the second quarter of 2022, Ukrainians borrowed UAH 1. 3 billion from the MFI, but last year this amount amounted to UAH 16. 2 billion. About it reports OPENDABOT. Since the beginning of the full -scale war, both the number of loans and their amounts have decreased, notes the Openatable.

A little more than 355 thousand contracts were issued for a video of the day for the 2nd quarter. This is twice less than the average number of contracts per month in the first quarter 2022 and 3. 3 times less than the average number of contracts per month last year. The average loan in the second quarter decreased by 28%: from UAH 5079 to UAH 3650. Since the beginning of the year, the debt on microcredes decreased by UAH 2.
