Ukrainian intelligence reports that in Russia they cannot form new military units because of a lack of those who want to go to the war. According to GUR, in the Nizhny Novgorod region of the Russian Federation, the formation of a tank battalion was actually disrupted, which lasted since early July. Of the required 160 persons, the contract for the service was signed only about 30.

Video day for greater motivation, the management of the region promises to pay from September 1 monthly financial assistance in the amount of 10 thousand Russian rubles to the families of "Contractants Volunteers", in which children study in 10 11 classes of secondary schools. However, this did not cause a significant inflow of those who wanted to go to war. The Ukrainian intelligence explains that the Russian Federation has created a new mobilization system.
