According to Governor Vyacheslav Gladkova, the Russian air defense knocked down three rockets, but the fragments allegedly got to the residential sector and caused "damage". Above the Russian Belgorod again there were explosions. This was reported by the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov on his Telegram. According to him, 3 missiles were shot down over Belgorod and the Belgorod district of air defense.

"All operational services and the head of the city Valentin Demidov went to the place. Damage from the debris was recorded in several households of the Belgorod district. The head of the district Vladimir Prytsev also went to the place," he wrote. Also, local telegram channels publish videos from the scene. In addition, according to the locals, they find debris on the streets. Some say that the fragments fall directly on the roofs of residential buildings.
