However, the contractor received not the entire amount, but only 197 million rubles, as he did not develop all the planned documentation. The Crimean Bridge had to protect the Southern Branch of the FDUP "Departmental Protection of the Railway Transport of the Russian Federation". For 937 million rubles for 2022, they had to control the situation on the railway component.
At the end of February of the same year, the company received an additional 70 million rubles for the maintenance of safety at the protected object. The contract for the protection of the railway branch states that there should be "suction space" and the approaches to the bridge. However, billions of Russian citizens did not help and on October 8, 2022 cities in Kerch were partially destroyed. The details of the explosion in a truck passing that day on the bridge are now being clarified.
