In addition, the military will be granted the right to annual leave with the preservation of cash, financial support and the provision of financial assistance for rehabilitation at the amount of monthly cash. The duration of the annual basic leave will depend on the years of service. Revocation from such leave is possible only in case of announcement of mobilization, introduction of martial law or state of emergency.
On February 27, Zelensky called on citizens of foreign states who are friends of Ukraine, to join the forces of terroboron. They formed a separate unit - the international legion of territorial defense of Ukraine. Politicians of a number of countries, including the United Kingdom and Lithuania, have declared support for citizens who wish to join Ukraine's protection.
