Jake Sullivan replied that a nuclear blow is a nuclear strike.
"It is very dangerous to make a difference between what it will be - large -scale or much smaller. It is just a nuclear blow and the US will respond equally in all cases," Sullivan said. According to Sullivan, the United States, together with NATO countries and even with China and India, has already made a clear signal to Moscow that the use of nuclear weapons could not even be considered during the war in Ukraine.

According to Stoltenberg, such actions of the Kremlin will provoke the physical response of many allies of Ukraine and the potential alliance itself.
