Pavel Kirilenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, wrote about it in the Telegram-channel.

According to him, the Russians attacked the district city from artillery. The hospital building is partially destroyed here - the roof and walls were damaged and windows flew. There are no wounded and killed, Kirilenko said. "Again and again Russians beat our civilian infrastructure, trying to sow panic," the head of the Ova emphasized. The National Police of Ukraine, for its part, reported that on October 23, the invaders made 20 beats in Donetsk region.

The shelling is killed and injured by residents, including children 9 and 10 years old. As specified, the enemy uses the Grad, Hurricane and Artillery for attacks on settlements. There were 11 settlements under the blows, including the cities of Lyman, Avdiivka, Yar, Ukrainian. Destruction was recorded at 14 civilian facilities: ten residential buildings, kindergarten and shop were injured from shelling.
