Training during the war. As Ukrainian children get an education in online format

How to learn children during the war? How to bring their childhood back? And where to get the opportunities for the development of air alarm or at a distance of several hundred kilometers? The Klitschko Foundation Director and the Fund's head speaker for the third consecutive year in Ukrainian schools has become a real test of will for both children and teachers.

Initially, there was a pandemic and quarantine, and after everyone recovered a little, a full -scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine began. Children of war are a lot of horror: life in occupation, numerous bombardment and forced emigration to countries with another language and a new culture for them. It is not surprising that education in such conditions goes back to the second, and sometimes even the third plan. Video Day I am convinced that the biggest challenge in learning is now motivation.

Our society is in the constant anticipation of the end of the war. At the same time, because of constant stress, we cannot reveal our potential to the full, because none of us is sure whether a new day will come. And no matter how scary it sounds, but we all adapt to new circumstances and life in uncertainty. Children see it and understand everything, as well as reflect the emotional state of adults, absorbing from them a sense of anxiety, despair and constant tension.

Because of this, it is difficult for them to feel safe, and as a consequence, they cannot focus, learn and develop effectively. However, it should be understood that the war will end. It's just a matter of time. And then our country will be on another front - economic. Therefore, each of us with its knowledge, experience and ideas will be able to help the state to recover and grow. And for this you need to have quality education.

The country always needed smart, ambitious people who are ready to create and act. And in the present realities - even more! Children are true creators of the future, it depends on them what Ukraine will be and the world around them. Ukrainians are a nation of bold, intelligent people who are not afraid of challenges and change.

Therefore, in the conditions of war, when our schools and universities are destroyed or mutilated, we must not forget about the importance of education and look for alternative online education options. For my part, I and my Klitschko Foundation team make every effort to motivate teenagers to engage in self -development and be conscious citizens of their country.

In particular, we give everyone who wants to study online for free on the Impactum platform, which is constantly evolving and filled with new projects with new information and new formats: video lectures, infoboks, case stadiums, podcasts, podcasts, tests, tests and longers, which are easy, Effectively present the topic from different sides. Incidentally, we attach our students to environmental and socially important projects.

For example, we teach them to worry about the environment, sort garbage, think critically, correctly analyze the information that appears in the media space, and formulate their own thoughts so that they are properly understood. In addition, we pay a lot of attention to psychological support, which should not be neglected during the war. Post -traumatic syndrome can now be found in almost every Ukrainian family, so children need the help of adults and sometimes professional psychologists.
