On Monday, September 26, the Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko arrived in Russia with a non -standing visit. Belta reports. Lukashenko met with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in Sochi. “I analyzed all the orders you gave the government, I am in Belarus. We have virtually no breakdowns.
