The invaders released the C-300 missile for civilian purposes. According to the Nikolaev regional prosecutor's office, a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old girl were killed as a result of a blow. On the night of April 16, the Russian army fired at the S-300 Snigurov community of the Nikolaev area, and two teenagers were killed. This was reported on Telegram on April 16 by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration (OVA) Vitaliy Kim.

"In one of the settlements of the community, two teenagers of 2005 were killed as a result of shelling," Kim informed. The explosions damaged residential buildings, educational institutions and a private enterprise.

According to the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old girl were killed, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted on violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). At the scene there are prosecutors, investigators of the SBU and police, criminalists and explosives of the National Police of the National Police in the region.

Kim added that two educational establishments, a hospital, a cultural house and houses were damaged in Snihurivka in Snihurivka. "According to preliminary information without the victims," ​​the head of the Ova said. And on April 15, the enemy army, according to Kima, fired at one of the settlements of the Gorokhiv community. The kindergarten and club building was damaged, there were no victims.

In Nikolaev, Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk and Ascension districts day and night were relatively calm, he said. Ivan Kuhta, the head of the Sniguriv City Military Administration, added that after the shelling, the local authorities were working to restore damaged property, and energy to restore the power supply, which was partially damaged.
