People's Deputy Alexei Goncharenko, in turn, stated that Putin did not look very good during his service, that he was moving hard, and in the photo, he said, clearly visible "Scar" on his neck. "If you look closely, he somehow suspiciously similar to the letter Z. I do not know, maybe they have already gone to the body.
