"Let's handle the winter": Danilov called a new term of end of the war with Russia

The NSDC secretary is convinced that it is necessary to have patience and wait for the liberation of all territories of Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelensky has already talked about the desire to complete the fighting before the winter of 2022 before the G7 Summit, Western media wrote. Ukraine wants to complete a full -scale war with Russia until the winter of 2023.

On May 12, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense of Ukraine (NSDC) Alexei Danilov said in an interview with the Azerbaijani Report. "We need to release our territories. The actions will begin within the required period, taking into account all the factors. Not earlier and no later than in time. By the winter we want to complete the war completely," he said. Danilov did not specify why the Great War was planned by the winter.

It is necessary to gain patience and wait for the victory of the Ukrainian army, he added. "War is a difficult thing. The military has an assignment from the President, who are quite simple and understandable-to release all our territories, including Crimea, from aggressors. They will do it with our people," Danilov said. According to the NSDC Secretary, the Armed Forces know exactly what to do - these are professionals who have proven their combat capability.

"Moreover, we strike the enemy where he is the least expects it. I think this time (means the expected counter -offensive of the Armed Forces,") will be the same, "he summed up. In Kiev last summer, they also wanted to end the war from the Russian Federation to winter until the end of 2022. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said during a speech before the G7 Summit, he wanted to complete the war in Ukraine before winter, Reuters said.

We will remind that the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Alexei Reznikov was convinced of the ability of the Armed Forces to defeat the Russians in 2023. The official is convinced of the absence of threats to the use of Russian tactical nuclear weapons. On April 12, Russian oppositionist Dmitry Gudkov explained why Moscow was delaying the war. Russian President Vladimir Putin is afraid to suffer a stunning military defeat and he is not sorry to send millions of people to death.
