But in many other regions there are, unfortunately, large -scale shutdowns: it is the Dnieper and the region, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Transcarpathia, Frankivsk, Odesa and region, Poltava region, Ternopil region, Chernihiv and other cities and region. Russia does not spare resources for war against our people - against people, against all Ukrainians from Lutsk to Kharkiv, from Sumy to Odesa region.

And I am grateful to every leader, I am grateful to every people - our partners who understand that such large -scale "investments" of Russia in terror - already, imagine, more than 4 thousand missiles! - It is necessary to cover even more help from people who are directed against. This week we have received important decisions from the EU, from partner countries in Europe, from the United States of America, which will help to maintain stability now and next year.

This applies to defense support, energy and macrofin for Ukraine. But there is something else to work on. There are still vital solutions that are waiting for final approval and implementation. In particular, I will be constantly reminded . . . Dear partners! Find the opportunity to give Ukraine a reliable protection of the sky, a reliable air defense board. You can. You can protect our people - one hundred percent protection against these terrorist Russian strikes.

When it is, the main form of Russian terror - rocket terror - will be simply impossible. And this will mean safety for Ukrainians, safety for millions of people and strategic restructuring of the whole martial law. The less opportunities in Russia for terror, the more we will have to return and guarantee peace.

We are already preparing for international events that are planned for the near future - both political and more global, which cover not only traditional political audiences, but also all people of the world who value peace and are ready to support our protection against Russian terror. You will see everything. Also on Monday there will be a meeting of leaders of North Europe: it is the United Kingdom, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Iceland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway.
