In Russian online stores, it costs 40 thousand rubles, which is equivalent to about $ 640. Back in April, its value was about 12 thousand rubles ($ 190).
At the same time, in 2020, Russian officials assured that the military of the Armed Forces had handed over 300,000 sets of armor vests "Ratnik". Based on this information, the grouping of troops, which is now in Ukraine, should be fully provided with personal protective equipment, which is not observed now. We will remind, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that more than 200 thousand reservists have already been mobilized, and in two weeks partial mobilization will be completed.
