This is everyone who has felt that there is no alternative but to overcome Goliath, who came to destroy our lives. Being David is to fight. And we fight. Being David is to have a sling to win. We do not yet have David's Sling with Israel. I believe that temporary. But now I want to thank for powerful support and weapons. I thank Olaf and Emmanuel, who are with me in this panel, thank all our partners who are present and presented today here in Munich.

US, Britain, all EU countries and all over the world. I am grateful to all who give Ukrainian David the sludge, through which Russian Goliath has already shaken. Thank you. We saw it last year. And it will inevitably fall. This year! We can do it. All together like David. We can make our victory no alternative. But then there should be no alternative and our determination with you.

The determination of all of us: on the Dnieper and on the Spray, on the Seine and on the Thames, on the Potochers and on the Vistula, on Tiber and on the Danube, and on Jordan, and in every part of the world, where freedom is valued more than the mercy of the tyrant. Last year, when I was here in Munich, at the conference, I was looking for such a general determination. Ukraine clearly spoke to the world: we will fight for ourselves if Russia goes a full -scale war.

I wanted to hear from the world: Ukraine, we will be with you. Unfortunately, I heard it not immediately, but after the Russian rockets were hit. Even after the Russian tank columns went. Even after Putin destroyed all the alternatives, leaving only one: who will win? He or we? In fact, you have already answered the name of this conference panel. Goliath has no chance. But unfortunately, it has potential. Unfortunately, when trading with the world, she tries to buy time for aggression.

Unfortunately, it can destroy many more lives. That's why we have to hurry. We need speed. The speed of our arrangements. Supply speed to strengthen our sling. The speed of decisions to limit Russian potential. There is no alternative speed. Because speed is now what life depends on. Delay has always been and is a mistake. While we are now agreeing on how to strengthen our defense with modern tanks, the Kremlin thinks how to strangle Moldova.

While we are convinced that Ukraine needs modern combat aviation, the Kremlin has already convinced the Iranian regime. As a result, not only killer drones in the Ukrainian sky. But also something that the Kremlin paid for it. Are you sure that it is only money? Or maybe the world will face the "enriched Iranian regime"? And to what extent - 90%, 92%or 100%? I am sure that none of us want the region of the Middle East and the Persian Gulf.

While we spend weeks on approval of new sanctions against Russia, the terrorist state is looking for a way to adapt to already implemented restrictions-through parallel imports, shadow fleet of tankers and more. Where will we see the influence of this illegal profit of Russia? In the efforts to corrupt your political systems and international institutions. In trying to destabilize your social life and in misinformation campaigns against your people.

In escalations in the regions that are sensitive to you. What is expected, for example, in Libya, small or Central African republic while Moscow has strength? What does Syria expect? Nothing good. Like many other peoples. So, you will not be rest. Therefore, it is not only in Ukraine. The fact is that Goliath must lose. There is no alternative to this! Because the Kremlin is able to break the safety and peace of all who are now presented here in Munich.

The delay of the world is the resource from which the Putin dictatorship feeds. It was for years. The longer the discussion about the EU expanding, the more destructive the Kremlin brought in the then "gray zone" between the European Union and Russia. The louder said that it is necessary to wait before Ukraine is allowed to enter the "open" door of NATO, the more aggressive became Russian politics.

The longer the silence on the Crimea in the global agenda, the more energetic Russian revanchism became. The more the world argued, what sanctions and when to impose against Russia, the more arrogant became the Kremlin ambitions. The longer we in Ukraine, in Europe and the world have no unity, the more illusions in Russia. Now all this is corrected. Like last year, I now propose to act immediately. But, unlike that year, now I have the most convincing argument - these are our achievements.

Can we restrain Russian blows? So. Can we protect cities from Russian missiles? Undoubtedly. Can we liberate our land? 1891 Proof is this. We managed to liberate so many cities, towns and villages from Russian occupation. Can we regain security in the Black Sea and therefore the food security of the world? Black Sea Grain Initiative and Humanitarian Initiative Grain from Ukraine is convincing. Is it time for Ukraine to be fully in Europe? Most Europeans support membership for Ukraine.

We have already gained the status of a candidate for entry. We are already getting ready to start membership negotiations. We are already combined with European economy, logistics and energy. There is no alternative to Ukrainian victory. There is no alternative in Ukraine in the European Union. There is no alternative in Ukraine in NATO. There is no alternative to our unity. Therefore, there is no alternative to fully release from Russian aggression. To liberate land and people.

Because every city and a village that remain in occupation is people who remain in captivity. Can people be a compromise? No. Ukraine and Europe must be released. Because when Russian weapons shoot at us, it has already been given to our neighbors. Can Europe be the subject of compromise? No. It is necessary to liberate from the Russian aggressive potential every international institution and every sector of the world economy.

Because only then will the chance for the freedom to go across our border will be further east. Can freedom be the subject of compromise? No. And it is "no" firm as a stone. I am sure that we can win not only over Putin, but also over Putin - over Putin in Russia and in the rest of the world. Will it not be proof of the power of the idea of ​​freedom? It will be exactly. Ladies and Gentlemen! Determination is never abstract.

David defeated Goliath not by the force of conversation, but by the power of his actions. Boldness and slightly. We have the courage. Its is enough. Not only in Ukraine, but in our entire coalition of victory. The sludge should become stronger. Already.
