According to the department, during the inspection of underground communications of the Kherson cotton combine, the military tried to find out whether it is possible to place 40 units of military equipment in them. They took photos of the premises and searched for a tunnel map. “During the inspection, it turned out that the tunnels have shelters for employees of the enterprise, where a stock of products and water was created.

The same night, the invaders disrupted the castles from the premises and stole all the stocks, ”the Ukrainian intelligence added. The GUR also told that in the village of Antonovka the invaders are massively buying and removing all available crafts, including inflatable boats and mattresses. In the captured Chernobayivka, the occupiers destroy the telecommunication networks of Ukrainian providers who refused to cooperate with the occupation administration.

Switching cabinets are dismantled, fiber optic and copper cables are cut. A ban on the implementation of payment transactions in the Ukrainian currency in local markets was also introduced. The terminals and ATMs that support the hryvnia operations are dismantled. On August 2, the deputy of the Kherson Regional Council Sergey Khlan announced that the troops of the Russian Federation were thrown over landing units in the Kherson direction.

In the course of counter -offensive actions in the southern direction of the Armed Forces, more than 50 settlements in the Kherson region have already been released from Russian invaders. On July 31, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Russian army was trying to strengthen positions in the occupied areas of southern Ukraine. Ukrainian intelligence also reported that Russia is throwing a large number of troops into the territory of the occupied Crimea.
