Ukraine does not believe that Russia will fulfill any arrangements-Podolyak

The Russian Federation has already demonstrated contempt for the laws of war and the lack of humane attitude towards the civilian population in the occupied territories. There is no faith that it will fulfill any agreement. This was stated by the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak. According to him, there are virtually no peace talks between Kiev and Moscow. "There are only tracks in exchange of bodies and prisoners of war," he said.

He noted that Ukraine would return to negotiations with Russia, when a realistic starting point is visible instead of the Kremlin ultimatum and intentions to annex all the occupied territories of Ukraine. "After six months of this war, we cannot continue to believe that the Russian Federation will fulfill any arrangements," he emphasized.
