He also noted that Ukraine does not intend to start negotiations with terrorists. "You [Russians] headed by a person who talks about the use of nuclear weapons. We cannot talk to it. And we are isolated from you because we do not want to deal with terrorists," Zelensky commented.
According to the Ukrainian President, Moscow will not use nuclear weapons if it encounters a strong position of the event. According to him, European countries are still afraid of Russia and their reactions. "Europe is a little living here with this feeling of fear: what about the Russians? And what will Putin answer? And what happens then if there is no Putin?" Zelensky added.
But all the threats from Moscow and the attempt of nuclear blackmail are due to the fact that the West allowed Russia to take the initiative. "Europe bowed [Russia]. And it is impossible! It is necessary to look in the eyes. I do not say that the Russians should bow. All countries should be flat and look at each other in the eye," - said the head of Ukraine. Currently, Europe's task is to take the initiative in the Russian Federation, the President notes.
