Internal VAT and 193 billion - from import goods. Excise duty fees fell by 26%, up to 62 billion rubles; income tax - by 32%, up to 129 billion rubles. "Attempts to establish parallel imports did not bring rubles from the customs: the receipt of import duty fell by 60%, and excise duties - by 44% (up to 32 and 7 billion rubles, respectively)," the publication states. At the same time, according to The Moscow Times, the Russian government increased costs by 17%.
