In the first video, the National Police officer pushes a man in the form of a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. "I don't have to jump on. Keep the distance," the police officer says. The subscriber, who, on the rights of anonymity, sent the media these video backgrounds, claims that the man in military uniform just arrived from one of the hottest points on the map of Ukraine - Bakhmut. The second video that posted a telegram channel was shot by a police camera.
These staff show how the National Police officers stop a car on a checkpoint. The reason for the stop, according to the police, is that the driver was crossing from row to row without turning on rotary lights. Also, the driver of the car, which was dressed in a blue jacket, did not fasten the seat belt. National Police staff explained the man's cause of the stop and asked to present documents on the car, the driver's license, and the passport.
The driver of the car for a long time refused to obey the requirements of the police. At first he asked the cause of the stop several times, although the police had already explained it. Then the man wanted to get acquainted with the documents of law enforcement. He then stated that he only had a passport in the electronic Action Appendix. After police officers identified the car driver, it turned out that the man already had 24 penalties for violation of traffic rules.
At the same time, he continued to talk to the authorities rudely: he called police "guys", addressed them to "you" and claimed that penalties for violation of traffic rules exist only to "feed" police. When the man opened the trunk, it found a camouflage bag. The National Police officer asked the owner to approach and demonstrate the contents of the bag and several paper bags. It turned out that all these things belong to the man in military uniform. He refused to present a bag for inspection.
The military also demanded to call the operatives on the checkpoint. In addition, he came close to the police officer and said, "If I have no weapon now, do you think you can talk to me?" After that, the National Police officer pushed him away and asked to follow the distance. For his part, one of the Armed Forces officers, looking at the video, concluded that the law was violated by National Police.
According to him, they brutally treated a man in military uniform, who "did not fear with the weapon in his hands to go to the front. " At the same time, the military acknowledged that the man on video councils may have violated traffic rules and the Administrative Code. However, this could have been a reason for the police "to treat him disrespectful. " We will remind, on February 14 in Odessa the military rigidly laid a man on the ground.
